Daniel Eller is a graduate of St. johns University in Collegeville, Minnesota, and received his law degree from Georgetown University law Center. He served as a law clerk to Federal Judge Miles Lord, Federal District Court of Minnesota. He then moved to St. Cloud, Minnesota and became the District Public Defender; holding the position until 1990 when he opened his private practice.  Eller has tried serious felony cases with state wide notoriety; many of which were cases of first degree murder. Daniel Eller is recognized by his peers as a Leading Attorney in his field of criminal law and has been selected as “Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics. He continues to practice law in central Minnesota.
